Hugh McCallum is a partner of Severide Staplin Gamlin LLP. He was called to the B.C. Bar in 1973 and worked for the Vancouver City Prosecutors Office and B.C. Crown Cousel Office early in his career. He entered private practice in Langley in 1976 and has practiced law in Langley since then.
Hugh represents people who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, as drivers, passengers, or pedestrians, to help them obtain a fit settlement or an award from the Court. These cases include whiplash injuries, head injuries, fractures, or soft tissue injuries.
Hugh also represents people with insurance problems involving personal injury, or loss or damage to their vehicles or property, to help them obtain compensation for their loss.
Although he prosecuted criminal cases early in his career, Hugh now devotes part of his practice to the defence of people who have been charged with criminal or motor vehicle offences such as assault, impaired driving, or driving while prohibited.
Hugh has appeared in all levels of the B.C. Courts and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. |
